Enabled Products definition

Enabled Products means certain certain desktop or web-based software which may be available from Videojet or third parties to connect to or interact with the Services.
Enabled Products means Patent-Enabled Identified Products and Technology-Enabled Identified Products.
Enabled Products means (a) any Progeny, Modifications and Unmodified Derivatives, (b) any modified biological materials, cells or organisms created by you or the Permitted Transferees through the use of the Licensed Product or any Progeny, Modifications and Unmodified Derivatives, and (c) any molecules generated by you or the Permitted Transferees through the use of any of the modified biological materials, cells or organisms in the foregoing clause (b). For purposes of this LULL, “Progeny, Modifications and Unmodified Derivatives” means any unmodified descendant form of the Licensed Product created by you or the Permitted Transferees, any modifications of the Licensed Product generated by you or the Permitted Transferees, and any substances created by you or the Permitted Transferees which constitute an unmodified functional subunit of the Licensed Product or product expressed by the Licensed Product.

  • Certain Enabled Products may be available from Videojet or third parties to connect to or interact with the Services.

  • Use of, and support for those Enabled Products is not included in this Agreement and will be subject to separate agreements which may be between you and Videojet or You and a third party.

  • Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days of the reporting period and include a summary of work completed, summary of work in progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Products and Enabled Products and summary of resources (dollar value) spent in the reporting period.

  • Licensee and its Affiliates represent and warrant that they have not Enabled or directly supported any third party to Enable any Disabled Products to become Future Enabled Products prior to the Effective Date and shall not Enable or directly support any third party to Enable any Disabled Products to become Future Enabled Products after the Effective Date without the payment of royalties due hereunder or in an attempt to circumvent the royalty obligations hereunder.

  • Neither party will export or reexport, directly or indirectly, the Embassy- Enabled Products or technical data acquired under this Agreement or the "direct product" of software programs or such technical data to any country for which the United States Government or any agency thereof, at the time of export, requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining such license or approval.

  • All packaging, manuals, user guides, advertisements, promotional materials, and other documentation for TechBrand Enabled Products which display either or both of the Marks shall include attribution of the displayed ▇▇▇▇ or marks to the same extent Licensee attributes ownership of its own marks on the same material, in accordance with Licensee’s Trademark And Logo Policies attached hereto as Exhibit 4 as amended from time to time.


More Definitions of Enabled Products

Enabled Products means only those products that are not themselves Licensed Products but which are specifically designed to operate in conjunction with Licensed Products so as to enable other products to operate with the Licensed Products, such as an adapter that allows the use of a commercial IVUS (intravascular ultrasound) catheter with an instrument that is a Licensed Product.

  • Bundled Product means one or more Licensed Products together with one or more other products that are either (a) packaged together for sale or shipment as a single unit or sold at a single price or (b) marketed or sold collectively as a single product.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
