EnCap Parties definition

EnCap Parties means, collectively, EnCap VIII, EnCap VIII Co-Investors and EnCap IX, and “EnCap Party” means any of them.

Examples of EnCap Parties in a sentence

  • Pel-Tex does hereby assign, sell, transfer, and convey to the EnCap Parties on a pro rata basis (determined in accordance with the Prepayout Interests of the EnCap Parties as set forth in the Merger Agreement) all of Pel-Tex's rights associated with the Assumed Indemnification Obligations pursuant to Section 12.4 of the Merger Agreement.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Class Debt Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.09.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Parent Related Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(c).

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • EXCO means EXCO Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation.

  • FP means Farm Programs.

  • Covered Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
