Examples of End Processor in a sentence

  • Agilex shall have the sole discretion in selecting the End Processor.

  • Customer shall be required to enter into a contract with an End Processor as directed by Agilex to process the Payments, including, the Master Services Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (“Master Services Agreement”), which terms shall be incorporated within this Agreement.

  • Agilex may require Customer to terminate the Master Services Agreement with End Processor and enter into other agreements with other end processors from time to time (“Successor processor”) which Customer shall adhere to.

  • Agilex shall use its reasonable best efforts to resolve all Disputes with End Processor.

  • Customer shall be solely obligated to pay any fees incurred by either Party in connection with the End Processor and as provided under any Master Services Agreement.

Related to End Processor

  • Contracted Processor means a Subprocessor;

  • Sub-processor means any Data Processor engaged by MailChimp or its Affiliates to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the Agreement or this DPA. Sub-processors may include third parties or members of the MailChimp Group.
