End User Billable Nodes mean, with respect to an End User, a number that is the greater of (i) the number of Nodes running on all servers operated by or on behalf of the End User, and (ii) the total GB of RAM running on all servers operated by or on behalf of the End User divided by 64, with any fractional remainder being rounded up to the next whole number.
