End User Price definition

End User Price means the actual sales price (exclusive of taxes, insurance and freight) received by Baxter from an End User of the Product.
End User Price means the price that ABC charges to an End User for the purchase of a particular Kiosk Package.

Licensee shall identify separately in the statements provided to Licensor pursuant to paragraph 7 hereof, all sales to affiliates.
