Endangered or threatened species definition

Endangered or threatened species means those animal species that are identified as endangered or threatened by the US Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Marine Fisheries Service, or the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, as well as those plant species identified as endangered or threatened when such plants are located in a wetland or other surface water.
Endangered or threatened species means any species listed as such pursuant to the Federal Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, or as defined by Section 49-5-105, Mississippi Code of 1972.
Endangered or threatened species means any species listed as such pursuant to section 4 of the Endangered Species Act.
