Endangered means any wildlife species native to the state of Washington that is seriously threatened with extinction throughout all or a significant portion of its range within the state.

Imminent health hazard means a significant threat or danger to health that is considered to exist when there is evidence sufficient to show that a product, practice, circumstance, or event creates a situation that requires immediate correction or cessation of operation to prevent injury based on the number of potential injuries and the nature, severity, and duration of the anticipated injury or illness.
Covered Person means: (a) any officer, director, shareholder, partner, member, representative, employee or agent of (i) the Trust or (ii) the Trust's Affiliates; and (b) any Holder of Securities.
Exposed person means any person wholly or partially in a danger zone;
Injured Person under this section means a Member covered by the EOC who sustains an injury or illness and any spouse, dependent or other person or entity that may recover on behalf of such Member including the estate of the Member and, if the Member is a minor, the guardian or parent of the Member. When referred to in this section, "KFHPWA's Medical Expenses" means the expenses incurred and the value of the benefits provided by KFHPWA under this EOC for the care or treatment of the injury or illness sustained by the Injured Person.
Imminent safety hazard means an imminent and unreasonable risk of death or severe personal injury.
Released Person means any person who is released on bail or on his personal bond, as the case may be;

Debarment means an action taken by a Federal agency or official to exclude a person or business entity from participating in transactions involving certain federal funds.
Threatened species means endangered species, including flora and fauna, listed in the European Red List or the IUCN Red List, as referred to in Section 7 of Annex II to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139;
Supervised Person means directors, officers and partners of an Adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), employees of an Adviser, and any other person who provides advice on behalf of an Adviser and is subject to the Adviser’s supervision and control.
Acute toxicity means concurrent and delayed adverse effects that result from an acute exposure and occur within any short observation period, which begins when the exposure begins, may extend beyond the exposure period, and usually does not constitute a substantial portion of the life span of the organism.
Imminent danger means an existing dangerous situation that could reasonably be expected to immediately cause death or serious physical harm.

Hazardous air pollutant means any air pollutant listed as a hazardous air pollutant pursuant to Section 112(b) of the FCAA.
Pollutant means any dredged spoil, solid waste, incinerator residue, filter backwash, sewage, garbage, refuse, oil, grease, sewage sludge, munitions, chemical wastes, biological materials, medical wastes, radioactive substance (except those regulated under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 2011 et seq.)), thermal waste, wrecked or discarded equipment, rock, sand, cellar dirt, industrial, municipal, agricultural, and construction waste or runoff, or other residue discharged directly or indirectly to the land, ground waters or surface waters of the State, or to a domestic treatment works. “Pollutant” includes both hazardous and nonhazardous pollutants.
Dependent person means a person who cannot demonstrate financial independence from parents or persons other than a spouse and who does not meet the criteria for independence established in Section 5 of this administrative regulation.
Exculpated Party means, collectively, and in each case in its capacity as such: (a) the Debtors;
Imminent danger to the health and safety of the public means the existence of any condition or practice, or any violation of a permit or other requirement of this chapter in a surface coal mining and reclamation operation, which condition, practice, or violation could reasonably be expected to cause substantial physical harm to persons outside the permit area before such condition, practice, or violation can be abated. A reasonable expectation of death or serious injury before abatement exists if a rational person, subjected to the same conditions or practices giving rise to the peril, would not expose the person's self to the danger during the time necessary for abatement.
Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP means any pollutant listed by the EPA as a hazardous air pollutant in conformance with Section 112(b) of the Clean Air Act. A list of these pollutants is available at the Division of Air Quality.
