Energy Regulatory Commission definition

Energy Regulatory Commission means the regulator of the energy sector established and operating pursuant to the Energy Act, 2006, or its legal successor thereto;
Energy Regulatory Commission means a commission established pursuant to the Borrower’s Energy Law of 1997; and
Energy Regulatory Commission or “ERC” means the commission established pursuant to section 4 of the Energy Act 2006 (and includes any successor body created to regulate the electricity sector in the Republic of Kenya).
