Energy Savings means an amount of saved energy determined by measuring and/or estimating consumption before and after implementation of an energy efficiency improvement measure, whilst ensuring normalisation for external conditions that affect energy consumption;
Guaranteed energy savings contract means a contract that includes all of the following:
energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;
Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Transportation Agreement means an agreement pursuant to the Tariff under which Transporter provides Transportation or other contract services to a Shipper.
Solar renewable energy certificate or "SREC" means a
Co-operation Agreement means the agreement between the Exchange and Oslo Børs with regards to the access to the Linked Order Book;
Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st
mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;
Energy savings performance contract means a public contract between a contracting agency and a qualified energy service company for the identification, evaluation, recommendation, design and construction of energy conservation measures, including a design-build contract, that guarantee energy savings or performance.
Exchange Administration Agreement means the exchange administration agreement dated as of the Closing Date between Freddie Mac and the Exchange Administrator.
Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.
SWS wage assessment agreement means the document in the form required by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that records the employee’s productive capacity and agreed wage rate
Compensation Plan means any program, plan or similar arrangement (other than employment contracts for a single individual) relating generally to compensation, pension, employment or similar arrangements with respect to which any Company, any Affiliate of any Company or any ERISA Affiliate of any of them has any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, under any Requirement of Law other than that of the United States.
Equity Contribution Agreement means the Equity Contribution Agreement, to be dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Guarantor, Borrower and Administrative Agent.
Data Sharing Agreement A formal agreement that documents what data is being shared and how the data can be used between the Parties. ‘‘Data Sharing Code of Practice” the code of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in respect to the sharing of personal data.
Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.
Supplemental Services means services or items that are provided on a limited basis to complement the care provided by the caregiver.
Renewable Energy Certificates or “RECs” shall mean all of the Certificates and any and all other Environmental Attributes associated with the Products or otherwise produced by the Facility which satisfy the RPS for a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, and shall represent title to and claim over all Environmental Attributes associated with the specified MWh of generation from such RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit.
Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.
Health Savings Account means an account as permitted under section 223 of the internal revenue code of 1986, 26 USC 223.
Flexible Resource means a generating resource that must have a combined Start-up Time and Notification Time of less than or equal to two hours; and a Minimum Run Time of less than or equal to two hours. Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service: “Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and/or scheduled between specified Points of Receipt and Delivery pursuant to Tariff, Part II.
Participation Agreement means a written agreement entered into between a Participant and the Employer pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1
Performance Agreement means an agreement between an HSP and its CEO that requires the CEO to perform in a manner that enables the HSP to achieve the terms of this Agreement and any additional performance improvement targets set out in the HSP’s annual quality improvement plan under the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010;
Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
