Engineering Runs definition

Engineering Runs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Engineering Runs has the meaning set forth in the MDSA.

Examples of Engineering Runs in a sentence

  • The gravitational-wave observing schedule is divided into Observing Runs or epochs of months to years of operation at fixed sensitivity, down time for construction and commissioning, and transitional Engineering Runs between commis- sioning and observing runs.

  • The Detector Engineering Group leaders manage Engineering Runs at the observatories, setting day-to-day priorities, scheduling work, approving interruptions, and tracking progress.

  • CBSB shall in no way be responsible for any claims, losses, expenses or damages, whatsoever, arising out of or in anyway related to Tercica’s use of Drug Substance resulting from the Scale-Up Runs or Engineering Runs.

  • Product resulting from Engineering Runs, Clinical Runs and Conformance Runs, as well as Non-Conforming Drug Substance, shall also be subject to the delivery terms set forth in this Section 7.4.

  • Batches resulting from Process Development Runs and Engineering Runs shall also be subject to the delivery terms set forth in this Section 5.3 as requested by Client pursuant to Section 3.2 or 3.3, respectively.

  • CBSB will provide to Tercica, the cGMP manufacturing services to produce such Scale-Up Runs, Engineering Runs and Engineering Batches on a time and materials basis as set forth in Section 8.2, and in accordance with the delivery terms set forth in Section 7.4 hereof.

  • Engineering Services means infrastructure for –

  • Engineering Consultant means a person or firm that has the expertise in the engineering aspects of the type of system by which the withdrawn area is receiving service that is necessary to make the determination required under Subsections (5)(f) and (g).

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Good Engineering Practice means, Works carried out in accordance with the following standards/ specifications,

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private

  • Architect/Engineer means the person designated by the Commissioner to provide the Contract drawings and Detailed Specifications for the Work you are to perform.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Plant means the machinery and apparatus intended to form or forming part of the Works.

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Value Engineering (VE) means a discipline of engineering that studies the relative monetary values of various materials and construction techniques, including the intial cost, maintenance cost, energy usage, replacement cost, and life expectancy of the materials, equipment or systems under consideration.

  • Practice of engineering means any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires engineering education, training, and experience in the application of special knowledge of the mathematical, physical, and engineering sciences.

  • Fabrication means making up data or results and recording or reporting them.
