English Pounds Sterling means the lawful currency of the United Kingdom.

  • All interest hereunder shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days, except that interest computed (i) by reference to the Alternate Base Rate at times when the Alternate Base Rate is based on the Prime Rate and (ii) on Multicurrency Loans denominated in English Pounds Sterling shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days (or 366 days in a leap year), and in each case shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day).

  • All interest hereunder shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days, except that interest computed by reference to the Alternate Base Rate (including when the Alternate Base Rate is determined by reference to the Term SOFR) or with respect to any Loans denominated in English Pounds Sterling shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days (or 366 days in a leap year), and in each case shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day).

  • All computations of interest and all computations of the Interest Rate and other fees hereunder shall be made on the basis of a year of 360 (other than calculations with respect to the Base Rate and Advances and Alternative Currency Swingline Advances denominated in English Pounds Sterling which shall be based on a year consisting of 365 or 366 days, as applicable) days for the actual number of days (including the first but excluding the last day) elapsed.

  • Any Fixed Rate Borrowing that would otherwise be denominated in English Pounds Sterling shall be made in the euro unit and except as provided in the forgoing sentence, any amount payable by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders under this Agreement shall be paid in the euro unit.

  • Each standby letter of credit issued for the account of either GUKL or GUKLL may be denominated in U.S. Dollars or English Pounds Sterling.

  • The Alternative Currency Swingline Lender may make any Alternative Currency Swingline Advance in English Pounds Sterling, Canadian Dollars or Euro by causing, at its option, any domestic or foreign branch or Affiliate of such Lender to make such Alternative Currency Swingline Advance.

  • The Additional Cost Rate for any Lender lending from a lending office in the United Kingdom will be calculated by the Administrative Agent as follows: in relation to a Loan denominated in English Pounds Sterling: per cent.

  • Computations of interest shall be made on the basis of a year of three hundred sixty (360) days, for the actual number of days (including the first day but excluding the last day) occurring in the period for which such interest is payable, provided, however, any Offshore Currency Loan demonstrated in English Pounds Sterling shall be made on the basis of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed.
