Enhanced Employment Act definition

Enhanced Employment Act means Nebraska Legislative Bill 562, 100th Legislature, effective date September 1, 2007, known as the “Enhanced Employment Area Occupation Tax,” amending Sections 18-2101, 18-2103, 18-2107, 18-2111, 18-2116, 18-2119, and 18-2130 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes and set forth in the Community Development Law, as may be amended from time to time.
