Seasonal employment definition

Seasonal employment means the employment of 1 or more individuals primarily hired to perform services during regularly recurring periods of 26 weeks or less in any 52-week period other than services in the construction industry.
Seasonal employment means employment by a qualified taxpayer that has regular and predictable substantial reductions in trade or business operations.
Seasonal employment means employment with an employer who experiences at least a 20-percent difference between its highest level of employment during a particular season and its lowest level of employment during the off-season in each of the previous three years as reported to the department, or employment with an employer on a temporary basis during a particular season.
