Enhanced recovery means the process or combination of processes applied to a formation to extract hydrocarbons in addition to those that would be produced utilizing the natural energy existing in that formation. Examples of enhanced recovery include water flooding and carbon dioxide (CO2) injection.

Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.
Debt Service Reserve means the reserve for payment of principal and interest on the Bonds, created and established by Sections 502 and 506 of the General Trust Indenture.
Debt Service Reduction With respect to any Mortgage Loan, a reduction in the scheduled Monthly Payment for such Mortgage Loan by a court of competent jurisdiction in a proceeding under the Bankruptcy Code, except such a reduction resulting from a Deficient Valuation.
Projected Recovery Amount means, as of the Termination Date, the aggregate amount of subsequent recoveries, net of expenses and credits, projected to be received on the Reference Pool, calculated based on a formula to be derived by Fannie Mae from the actual net recovery experience for the Reference Pool during the 30-month period immediately preceding the Termination Date, plus any additional amount determined by Fannie Mae in its sole discretion to be appropriate for purposes of the foregoing projection in light of then-current market conditions. Information regarding the formula and results of the related calculations will be provided to Holders through Payment Date statements in advance of the Termination Date. In the absence of manifest error, Fannie Mae's determination of the Projected Recovery Amount will be final.
Debt Service Reserve Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.
Debt Service Reserve Account as defined in the Depositary Agreement.
Maintenance Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the addition or improvement to the capital assets owned by any Group Member or for the acquisition of existing, or the construction of new, capital assets) if such expenditures are made to maintain, including over the long term, the operating capacity or revenues of the Partnership Group.

Cost Savings has the meaning assigned to it in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA”.
