ENLC Entities definition

ENLC Entities means ENLC, EnLink Midstream Manager, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the managing member of ENLC, and Subsidiaries of ENLC.
ENLC Entities means (a) the Manager, (b) ENLC, (c) EnLink Inc., (d) Acacia and (e) the General Partner.

Examples of ENLC Entities in a sentence

  • None of the ENLC Entities is an “investment company” within the meaning of the Investment Company Act of 1940.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.
