Enterprise Licensee definition

Enterprise Licensee means a Licensee which elects an Enterprise License under Sections 2.7 and 3.1.7 hereof.
Enterprise Licensee means a business or entity providing Healthcare services, which employs multiple Healthcare Providers. An Enterprise Licensee can pay for the fees for each Licensee that they employ under an Enterprise Plan (described in the numbered Section titled “Grant of License”).
Enterprise Licensee companies with more than Enterprise Plus Licensee: companies with more than Licensee Code: any software or computer code, including audio and video material, developed or licensed by Licensee, which, when integrated with the Libraries, creates the Application. Research Licensee: independent developers, researchers or entities with less than $100,000/year in gross revenues that license the Software, including EEG Data, under this Agreement.
