Entity Team means a Team that is not a member of a Domestic Clubs registered at the SBA.

Entity Team means an association, incorporated entity, organisation, team or group of persons registered pursuant to the Entity Team Sanctioning Guidelines found at Rugby Admin that wish to play and train but not necessarily form, or be part of, a Club, regular Competition or Sanctioned Event;

• Owner shall use best efforts to comply with all requirements of the Public Entity Team for the achievement of equal opportunities in employment and contracting for the Project.

• Each of these reviews will be followed up with a report and informational meeting with DISTRICT to discuss the findings, and then a subsequent meeting, if necessary, with the D-B Entity Team to convey same.

• The Adviser may now and in the future manage other investment accounts, including accounts with investment objectives and/or investment strategies identical or similar to those of the Fund ("Similar Accounts").

• The Government and MCC hereby acknowledge and agree that, upon MCC’s consent to the Government’s designation of an individual as a member of the Interim Accountable Entity Team, such individual shall be considered for the purpose of this Agreement to be authorized to take actions as if such individual were a permanent member of the Operations Unit for so long as that individual is a member of the Interim Accountable Entity Team.

• Any reference to the Operations Unit shall be deemed to be a reference to the Interim Accountable Entity Team, or any member thereof, until such time as Operations Unit employees begin their employment following the above- referenced open and competitive recruitment.
