Domestic Competition definition

Domestic Competition means any ice hockey event, including, but not limited to, games, tryouts, competitions and the like, other than an international competition, organized and conducted by USA Hockey or NYS Hockey in the New York District.
Domestic Competition means a competition which is held in New Zealand and which is a major or pinnacle competition for the sport and which is listed in Schedule B1.
Domestic Competition means the competition approved by the Competition Governance Group and as set out in these Competition Rules.

  • Generic Competition has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.3.

A “Potential Change in Control” means the date of execution of a legally binding and definitive agreement for a corporate transaction which, if consummated, would constitute the applicable Change in Control (which for the avoidance of doubt, would include, for example, a merger agreement, but not a term sheet for a merger agreement). In the case of a termination following a Potential Change in Control and before a Change in Control, solely for purposes of benefits under this Agreement, the date of Separation will be deemed the date the Change in Control is consummated.

  • Covenant not to compete means an agreement:

  • Qualifying Termination means a termination of Executive’s employment (i) by the Company other than for Cause or (ii) by Executive for Good Reason. Termination of Executive’s employment on account of death, Disability or Retirement shall not be treated as a Qualifying Termination.

  • Further Competition Award Criteria means the award criteria set out in Part 2 of Framework Schedule 6 (Award Criteria);

  • Non-Compete Agreement means that certain Non-Compete Agreement between the Company and the Executive in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Non-Compete Term means in the case of termination for any reason, the period from the Effective Date to the date ending 2 years following the date of termination.

  • Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending six months after the Date of Termination.

  • Competition Laws means the Xxxxxxx Antitrust Act, as amended, the Xxxxxxx Antitrust Act, as amended, the HSR Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended, and all other Laws that are designed or intended to prohibit, restrict or regulate actions having the purpose or effect of monopolization, lessening of competition or restraint of trade.
