At the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement the Licensee shall, at the Licensee’s sole cost and expense, without liens, remove the Entrance Cable, and all other items of the Licensee’s Equipment except any part of it that by agreement between the Licensee and the Licensor has been acquired by the Licensor, and all of the Licensee’s personal property from the Building.
The Licensee warrants that, except for the Existing Equipment, the installation of the Licensee’s Connecting Equipment, Entrance Cable and Cable shall be in strict compliance with the approved Plans and Specifications.
