Entrance Fee Facilities definition

Entrance Fee Facilities means such Borrowing Base Assets that are approved by Administrative Agent from time to time to be included in the Collateral that provide for the payment of entrance payments and/or fees.
Entrance Fee Facilities means the two Borrowing Base Assets known as "Lake Seminole Square" located in Seminole, Pinellas County, Florida and "Galleria Wxxxx" located in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama, and such other Borrowing Base Assets that are approved by Administrative Agent from time to time to be included in the Collateral that provide for the payment of entrance payments and/or fees.
Entrance Fee Facilities means the two Borrowing Base Assets known as "Lake Seminole Square" located in Seminole, Pinellas County, Florida and "Galleria Woods" located in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama, and such other Borrowing Base Assets that are approved by Administrative Agent from time to time to be included in the Collateral that provide for the payment of entrance payments and/or fees.

Related to Entrance Fee Facilities

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • School facilities project means the planning, acquisition,

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;
