Envelope B definition

Envelope B means the envelope required by § 24.2-706 of the Code of Virginia which identifies the voter.

  • Direct mail means printed material delivered or distributed by United States mail or other delivery service to a mass audience or to addresses on a mailing list provided by the purchaser or at the direction of the purchaser in cases in which the cost of the items are not billed directly to the recipients. "Direct mail" includes tangible personal property supplied directly or indirectly by the purchaser to the direct mail seller for inclusion in the package containing the printed material. Whether a package has been damaged by the delivery service or left unfastened and should or should not be accepted is a determination to be made by the Procurement Manager. By submitting a proposal, the Offeror agrees to and concurs with this process and accepts the determination of the Procurement Manager in such cases.

  • Return Destination means the place to which the Insured expects to return from his/her Trip as shown in the Application.

  • Boxing means the sport of attack and defense using the fist, which is covered by an approved boxing glove.

  • Postal service means the United States postal service.

  • E-Mail shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.

  • Postal Ballot means voting by post or through any electronic mode;

  • Packaged means bottled, canned, cartoned, or securely wrapped.
