Environmental Compliance Manager definition

Environmental Compliance Manager means the individual retained or employed by Developer who has the authority and responsibility for monitoring, documenting and reporting environmental compliance for the Work as more particularly described in Section 4.4.1 of the Technical Provisions.

  • TxDOT discourages changes in Key Personnel from the individuals listed in the QS and is under no obligation to approve such requests and may disapprove the request at its sole discretion; provided however, TxDOT will consider requests for a change in the Environmental Compliance Manager, which position is no longer required to be filled by an employee of the Lead Contractor or Lead Designer but is required to meet additional requirements as specified in Section 4.4.1 of the Technical Provisions.
