Responsibility for Monitoring. 16.1.1 The monitoring and evaluation of RRPGP Extension Sub-programmes and Projects and State administrative costs is considered essential to meet accountability requirements as well as to assist continuous improvement to the RRPGP. The State is responsible for monitoring and evaluating RRPGP activities within that State.

Responsibility for Monitoring. The Fire Chief is responsible for the monitoring of attendance in the Fire Department. The Chief may delegate this responsibility to management personnel.
Responsibility for Monitoring. Compliance monitoring under this Agreement will be funded and carried out by the Service or any authorized representative of the Service. Biological monitoring under this Agreement will be funded and carried out primarily through the joint efforts of designated State and Federal agencies, academic institutions, conservation organizations, or other entities. Biological monitoring activities described in this section will be conducted by the Cooperator and agency, academic, and conservation personnel in a unique manner for each covered property as agreed upon by the Department and the Cooperator. The primary obligations of Cooperators with respect to biological monitoring will be to grant access to their properties by personnel conducting the monitoring, subject to reasonable advance notification. In addition, persons that can distinguish between topminnow and mosquitofish must conduct the biological monitoring.

  • Responsibility for Content Vendor is solely responsible for administration, content, intellectual property rights, and all materials at Vendor’s website. DIR reserves the right to require a change of listed content if, in the opinion of DIR, it does not adequately represent the Contract.

  • Responsibility for Costs The Servicer is responsible for collection from such Borrower of any recording or similar costs or expenses incidental to the granting of relief with respect to a delinquent Mortgage Loan.

  • Responsibility for Evaluation Within each school the Principal will be responsible for the evaluation of employees assigned to that school. Evaluation will be made by the Principal or a qualified administrator. An employee assigned to more than one school will be evaluated by the Principal of the school in which the employee is assigned for the greater amount of time, with input provided by the Principal of the other school. Any Principal or person charged with the responsibility of evaluation of employees may involve other staff and students in the process if acceptable to the certificated teacher being evaluated.

  • Responsibility for Subcontractors All requirements for the “Prime” contractor shall also apply to any and all subcontractors. It is the Prime Contractors’ responsibility to insure the compliance by the subcontractors. At all times the Prime Contractor remains liable to the Authority for the performance and compliance of his/her subcontractors.

  • Responsibility for Damage Resident is solely responsible for any damage, defacement or loss within the assigned bedroom space. All assigned residents of an apartment are jointly and severally responsible for any damage, defacement or loss to common areas, other parts of the facility, fixtures or appliances, except for the portion of damages over $100,000 where it is finally established that Resident or one or more other residents of the apartment were solely at fault for the entire loss, in which case such person(s) will be solely responsible. Resident is fully responsible for the conduct of Resident’s guests, visitors, licensees and invitees (“Guests”), including without limitation harm to individuals or damage or defacement of any part of the Property or its fixtures or property of third parties (including other residents) by such Guests.

  • Responsibility for Charges 4.1 NL shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by NL, NL Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to NL pursuant to this Resale Attachment.
