Section 4.4.1. 2 The Union shall have the right to make a fifteen (15) minute presentation to new employees at 3 the conclusion of the District orientation, provided that space is available. It is understood that 4 this presentation will be coordinated with Human Resources, and that employees participating 5 in the presentation under the Section will not be paid for that portion of their time.
Section 4.4.1. 22 The responsibility for the prompt removal of notices from the bulletin boards after they have 23 served their purpose shall rest with the individual who posted such notices.
Section 4.4.1. 12 The District agrees not to lock-out employees recognized in Article I, Section 1.1, of this 13 collective bargaining agreement.
Section 4.4.1. 20 Effective June 7, 2018, the school district will notify union leadership of new hires following 21 each School Board meeting. Within ten (10) days of notification the union shall be provided a 22 thirty (30) minute meeting during the bargaining unit employees work time to meet with new 24 for the new employee(s) and union representatives shall be notified to ensure employee 25 coverage needs are met; the ten (10) day window may be extended by mutual agreement to 26 support scheduling needs. Mount Xxxxxx PSE Paraeducator/Bus Monitor union representative 27 shall suffer no loss in pay for participating in these meetings.
Section 4.4.1. 33 Any bargaining unit member who holds a state elected position in the Association shall be 34 permitted to utilize intermittent release time when such time is paid in full by PSE. This release 35 time shall not be counted against the time provided in Section 4.4 of this agreement.

Section 4.4.1. 29 Whenever any representative of the Association or any employees are mutually scheduled by 30 the parties to participate in grievance proceedings, negotiations, conferences, or meetings, they 31 shall be paid by the District their appropriate rate of pay if such meetings are scheduled during 32 their regular shifts.

Access to New Employees of the Bargaining Xxxx. 00 Xxx Xxxxxxxx will provide the Association reasonable access to new employees of the bargaining unit 40 for the purposes of presenting information about PSE to the new employee. “Reasonable access” for 41 the purposes of this Section means the access to the new employee occurs within one (1) week of the 42 employee’s start date within the bargaining unit; the access is for no less than thirty (30) minutes; and
Section 4.4.1. 41 At the time of hire, the name, position, hire date and rate of pay will be provided to the 42 Association President with respect to each newly hired employee. For each new hire through 43 the school year, the above information shall be provided to the Association President within ten 44 (10) days of hire.
