Technical Provisions definition

Technical Provisions means TxDOT’s technical provisions for concession CDAs entitled “Programmatic Comprehensive Development Agreement - Book 3” or TxDOT’s technical provisions for design-build CDAs entitled “Programmatic Comprehensive Development Agreement (Design-Build) – Book 3,” as applicable. References to the Technical Provisions shall mean the most recent version of the applicable programmatic document.
Technical Provisions or “Book 2” means the document describing the scope of the Work and related standards, criteria requirements, conditions, procedures, specifications and other provisions for the Project and/or the Utility Adjustments, as such provisions may be changed, added to or replaced pursuant to the Agreement.
Technical Provisions means provisions based on actuarial principles, required to be made in the accounts of an insurer to meet its underwriting liabilities.

More Definitions of Technical Provisions

Technical Provisions means the amount required, on an actuarial basis, to make provision for the liabilities of a private pension scheme;
