If NAI’s failure to perform any Remedial Work required as provided in subparagraph 8(A) continues beyond the Environmental Cure Period (as defined below), BNPPLC may, in addition to any other remedies available to it, conduct all or any part of the Remedial Work.
If LRC’s failure to perform any Remedial Work required as provided in subparagraph 7(A) continues beyond the Environmental Cure Period (as defined below), BNPPLC may, in addition to any other remedies available to it, conduct all or any part of the Remedial Work.
