Environmental Examination Period definition

Environmental Examination Period shall have the meaning given that term in Section 5.01.
Environmental Examination Period means the period of time commencing on the date this Agreement is executed and ending at 5:00 p.m. Dallas, Texas time on September 21, 2010.
Environmental Examination Period shall be as defined in Section 6.1(a).

  • If Buyer discovers any Environmental Defect, Buyer shall promptly notify Seller thereof prior to the expiration of the Environmental Examination Period.

Environmental Examination Period means the period of time commencing on the date this Agreement is executed and ending on the Title Defect Date.

  • Practical examination means a demonstration through application of the safety rules and principles in industrial radiography including use of all procedures and equipment to be used by radiographic personnel.
