CDBG regulations require the preparation of an Environmental Review Record (ERR) and environmental clearance before funds are expended or costs incurred.
Subrecipient shall maintain a written Environmental Review Record (“ERR”) for each Activity, including all supporting source documentation and documentation to support any project mitigation.
