Examples of Environmental Trust Bond Registrar in a sentence

  • The preceding provisions of this Section 2.05 notwithstanding, the Issuer shall not be required to make, and the Environmental Trust Bond Registrar need not register, transfers or exchanges of any Environmental Trust Bond that has been submitted within fifteen (15) days preceding the due date for any payment with respect to such Environmental Trust Bond until after such due date has occurred.

  • None of the Issuer, the Environmental Trust Bond Registrar, the Paying Agent or the Indenture Trustee shall be liable for any delay in delivery of such instructions and may conclusively rely on, and shall be fully protected in relying on, such instructions.

  • Bond Registrar means the bank or trust company appointed pursuant to Section 5, as the initial authenticating agent, bond registrar, transfer agent, and paying agent for the Bonds under the Registrar Agreement and until a successor shall have become such pursuant to the terms of the Registrar Agreement and, thereafter, “Bond Registrar” shall mean the successor.
