  • Upon any resignation of any Environmental Trust Bond Registrar, the Issuer shall promptly appoint a successor or, if it elects not to make such an appointment, assume the duties of Environmental Trust Bond Registrar.

  • None of the Issuer, the Environmental Trust Bond Registrar, the Paying Agent or the Indenture Trustee shall be liable for any delay in delivery of such instructions and may conclusively rely on, and shall be fully protected in relying on, such instructions.
