  • No other limited liability company or limited partnership, as applicable, proceeding on the part of Equitrans LP, Equitrans Investments, EQM Gathering Opco or EQM is necessary to authorize its execution, delivery or performance of this Agreement or its consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • EQM Gathering Opco and EQM shall receive any benefits of such Excluded Assets and any other Excluded Assets that are related to the Transferred Contracts in order to carry out the intent of the transactions contemplated hereby and the Ancillary Agreement.

Related to EQM Gathering Opco

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • EXCO means EXCO Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation.

  • MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • NGL means natural gas liquids.

  • Operating Partnership Agreement means the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.
