Equipment Hire Agreement definition

Equipment Hire Agreement has the meaning given to it in clause 3.3. Equipment means any goods, chattels, plant, equipment, or machinery, including any machinery, tools, vehicles, parts, accessories, and structures supplied or serviced under a Supply Agreement. Equipment Sale Agreement has the meaning given to it in clause 3.2.
Equipment Hire Agreement means the Agreement formed between the Owner and the Hirer for the hire of the Equipment constituted by the Hire Schedule and these general terms and conditions which may be varied only by written variation signed by both parties.
