Equipment Lease Transactions definition

Equipment Lease Transactions means sales or transfers of new equipment within 30 days of its acquisition by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business consistent with historical practice to any Person whereby the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries shall then or thereafter rent or lease as lessee such new equipment or any part thereof to use for substantially the same purpose or purposes as such new equipment sold or transferred.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Financing Transactions means (a) the execution, delivery and performance by each Loan Party of the Loan Documents to which it is to be a party and (b) the initial borrowing of Loans hereunder and the use of the proceeds thereof.

  • Purchased Asset Documents means, with respect to a Purchased Asset, the documents comprising the Purchased Asset File for such Purchased Asset.

  • Property Management Agreement means any property management agreement in respect of the Property or any portion thereof entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • PJM Agreements means the PJM OATT, PJM Operating Agreement, PJM RAA and any other applicable PJM manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.
