Equity Rights Offering Amount definition

Equity Rights Offering Amount means an amount equal to the cash proceeds of the Equity Rights Offering, which amount shall not exceed the amount of the Cash Payout.

Equity Rights Offering Amount means the First Lien Equity Rights Offering Amount and the Senior Notes Equity Rights Offering Amount.
