Equivalent Certification definition

Equivalent Certification. “Other Documentation” and “XXXXX”, have the meanings set forth in section 11.2;

Equivalent Certification means the certification issued by any of the following certifying a person is competent to operate a vessel:

Examples of Equivalent Certification in a sentence

• The Recipient shall ensure all safety policies and plans are adhered to, including but not limited to its: COR, XXXXX, Equivalent Certification or Other Documentation; subcontractor and consultant training program policies; and the work site control plan, specifically set out in the safety plan as provided to FRIAA upon request.
