The Aggregator authorizes the Competitive Supplier on behalf of the Municipality and any Participating Consumers to take any and all actions as the Competitive Supplier determines may be necessary to permit switching and enrollment in accordance with this ESA, Department regulations, and the Competitive Supplier’s and the Local Distributor’s rules and terms hereof.
