PSA definition

PSA means each of the Note A-1 PSA and the Note A-2 PSA.

• Any notice, invoice or other communication required or desired to be given to either Party hereunder shall be in writing and sent by United States mail, postage prepaid, or sent by email, addressed as set forth in Schedule 8.1 to the PSA, except that either Party may change its address by giving written notice to the other party.
