PSA definition

PSA means each of the Note A-1 PSA and the Note A-2 PSA.
PSA means any pooling and servicing agreement or other servicing agreement executed in connection with a Securitization.
PSA means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, the Note A-1 PSA, the Note A-2 PSA, the Note A-3 PSA, the Note A-4 PSA, the Note A-5 PSA, the Note A-6 PSA, the Note A-7 PSA, the Note A-8 PSA, the Note A-9 PSA, the Note A-10 PSA, the Note A-11 PSA, the Note A-12 PSA, the Note A-13 PSA, the Note A-14 PSA, the Note A-15 PSA, the Note A-16 PSA, and the Note A-17 PSA.

More Definitions of PSA

PSA means the Power Sale Agreement signed between SECI and Buying Entity according to the terms and conditions of the standard PSA enclosed with this RfS.
PSA means the power sale agreement entered between the Buying Entity and SECI (Buyer- Buying Entity(ies) PSA) for onward sale of power being procured under this Agreement as per the provisions of Guidelines and forms Schedule- of this Agreement;
PSA means each of the Note A-1-1 PSA, the Note A-1-2 PSA, the Note A-1-3 PSA, the Note A-1-4 PSA, the Note A-2-1 PSA and the Note A-2-2 PSA.
PSA means the Packers and Stockyard Act of 1921, 7 U.S.C. Section 181 et. seq., as the same now exists or may from time to time hereafter be amended, modified, recodified or supplemented, together with all rules, regulations and interpretations thereunder or related thereto.
PSA shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule II attached hereto.
PSA means the Public Securities Association, its successors and assigns.
