ESB Green Bond Framework definition

ESB Green Bond Framework means the ESB green bond framework prepared by the Issuer [and the Guarantor] which is published on the website of the [Issuer]/[Guarantor] (available at https://www.esb.ie/docs/default-source/investor- relations-documents/esb-bond-framework-2019).
ESB Green Bond Framework means the ESB green bond framework which will be published on the website of ESB (currently www.esb.ie) in advance of the issuance of Green Bonds, as such framework may be updated from time to time.

  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework means the U.S. Department of Commerce National Institute for Standards and Technology Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (Version 1.1).

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Completion Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture ranking on parity with the Series of Bonds issued under such Supplemental Indenture, the proceeds of which are to be used to complete the Project.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • European Clearing Systems means, collectively, Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear.

  • Framework means the framework arrangements established by the Authority for the provision of the Services to Contracting Bodies by suppliers (including the Supplier) pursuant to the OJEU Notice;

  • Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule E that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the Funder to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in the Schedules;

  • Auction Final Price means the price, if any, determined to be the Auction Final Price pursuant to Section 12 of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms (expressed as a percentage, in increments equal to the Relevant Pricing Increment, of the outstanding principal balance, rather than the face amount, of Deliverable Obligations).
