Resettlement Policy Framework definition

Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the Resettlement Policy Framework of the Recipient for the Original Project, dated July 22, 2005, to be updated in accordance with the terms of Section I.D.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, setting forth, inter alia, guidelines, procedures, timetable and other specifications of the resettlement / compensation to be made under the Project to Displaced Persons.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the framework, dated August 10, 2004, agreed with the Association for the resettlement and compensation of persons affected by potential changes in land use associated with activities to be implemented under the Project;

Resettlement Policy Framework means the Resettlement Policy Framework dated February 4, 2010 which framework sets out the policies and procedures for land acquisition, resettlement, compensation and rehabilitation of Displaced Persons, and for the preparation of resettlement action plans whenever required during implementation of the activities described in Section I, Part C, paragraph 1(b)(ii) of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
