Resettlement Policy Framework definition

Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means Resettlement Policy Framework of the Borrower dated February 2004 for compensation payments to be made under the Project to Affected Persons and referred to in Section II (2) (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the framework, dated October 2004, agreed with the Association for the resettlement and compensation of persons affected by potential changes in land use associated with activities to be implemented under the Project;

  • The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental and Social Management Framework and the Resettlement Policy Framework, and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not assign, amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be assigned, amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof.

Resettlement Policy Framework means the policy framework dated January 12, 2005, adopted by each Project Province, and referred to in paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement, which sets out policies and procedures for acquisition, compensation and rehabilitation of Displaced Persons, and guidelines for the preparation of resettlement action plans if necessary, as said policy framework may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Bank.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the Borrower’s framework, dated November 16, 2010, acceptable to the Bank (included in the Environmental and Social Management Framework) which sets forth, inter alia, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the applicable legal framework of the Borrower and of each Participating Province and the process for preparing and approving resettlement plans under Section I.E.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Resettlement Policy Framework means the Recipient’s Resettlement Policy Framework, dated April 12, 2006, which sets out a framework of principles and procedures governing acquisition of rights to land, resettlement and compensation, as well as reporting and monitoring arrangements to ensure compliance with said framework, as said framework may be revised from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
Resettlement Policy Framework means the Recipient’s framework, dated December 2006, agreed with the Association for the resettlement and compensation of persons affected by potential changes in land use associated with activities to be implemented under the Project, as the same may be updated from time to time with the concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Resettlement Policy Framework.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “ RPF” means the Resettlement Policy Framework of the Recipient dated June 26, 2009, and disclosed at the World Bank’s Infoshop on July 1, 2009, outlining the policies and procedures to be implemented in the event that specific activities implemented under the Project have potentially negative impacts on the livelihoods, assets and land of the affected population, as the said framework may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written consent of the World Bank, and such term includes any schedules to such document.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the framework of the Recipient dated January 2007, as the said framework may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association, setting forth resettlement procedures, institutional arrangements, eligibility criteria entitlements and compensation, including valuation procedures, budget, public consultation and participation, monitoring and evaluation and disclosure.
Resettlement Policy Framework means a document adopted by the Borrower which sets forth policies and procedures to be followed in case of land acquisition and/or resettlement which might be required for carrying out of a Sub-project, including the requirements for preparation of land acquisition plans or resettlement action plans; and such document constitutes an integral part of the Operational Manual.
