Escalation Date definition
Escalation Date means the dates on which the Access Charges and other charges payable by the Access Holder to QR Network under this Agreement are to be escalated in accordance with Schedule 3;
Escalation Date means the dates on which the [Access Charges/TOP Charges] and other charges payable by the End User to Aurizon Network under this Agreement are to be escalated in accordance with Schedule 3;
Escalation Date means the January 1st following the Effective Date and each January 1st thereafter.

More Definitions of Escalation Date
Escalation Date means the date being 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October in each year during the Term, being the dates on which the Access Charges and other charges payable by the Access Holder to QR under this Agreement are to be escalated in accordance with Schedule 3;
Escalation Date means each anniversary of the Commencement Date, but excluding each Review Date and “First Escalation Date” is that date specified in Part 1 of this Schedule 5.
