ESPP Purchase Right definition

ESPP Purchase Right means a right to purchase Shares issued under the Company ESPP.
ESPP Purchase Right means a right to purchase Common Shares issued under the ESPP.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.
