Estimated Annual Energy Output definition

Estimated Annual Energy Output means the amount of Energy that Owner estimates the System will produce in each Operating Year, as set forth in Exhibit B.
Estimated Annual Energy Output means, with respect to a given Contract Year, the Energy Output in kWh expected to be produced by the System as described in Exhibit F-2 (I) and Exhibit F-2 (II) to this PPA.
Estimated Annual Energy Output shall have the meaning described in Exhibit F “PPA Energy Production Guarantee”.

Examples of Estimated Annual Energy Output in a sentence

  • Owner estimates the System will produce the Estimated Annual Energy Output in each Operating Year, as adjusted by the Annual System Degradation Factor, as provided in Exhibit B.

  • For the purposes of this Section 9.5, the Estimated Annual Energy Output shall be adjusted to reflect any outages due to Force Majeure, or curtailment by Borough or PPL EU.

Estimated Annual Energy Output means with respect to each Commercial Operation Year, the estimated output with respect to such Commercial Operation Year set forth in Exhibit C.

  • Renewable Energy Credits means a certificate, credit, allowance, green tag, or other transferable indicia, howsoever entitled, allocated, assigned or otherwise awarded or certified by any Governmental Authority, program administrator, certification board or similar entity in connection with the production or generation of each MWh of energy from the Project. For the avoidance of doubt, “Renewable Energy Credits” shall not include any ITC, State Renewable Energy Incentives or other tax benefits, credits, or incentives.

  • energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;

  • gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.

  • Energy Payment The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.
