Estimated Buildout Value definition

Estimated Buildout Value means the estimated buildout value of an Assessed Property at the time Assessments are levied, and shall be determined by the Administrator and confirmed by the City Council by considering such factors as density, lot size, proximity to amenities, view premiums, location, market conditions, historical sales, builder contracts, discussions with homebuilders, reports from third party consultants, or any other information that may impact value.
Estimated Buildout Value means the estimated buildout value of an Assessed Property, and shall be determined by the Administrator and confirmed by the City Council by considering such factors as density, lot size, proximity to amenities, view premiums, location, market conditions, historical sales, builder contracts, discussions with homebuilders, reports from third party consultants, or any other factors in the judgment of the City and the Administrator, that may impact value. The Estimated Buildout Value for a Lot will be calculated pursuant to Section VI.
Estimated Buildout Value means the estimated value of an Assessed Property with fully constructed buildings, as provided by the Owner and confirmed by the City Council by considering such factors as density, lot size, proximity to amenities, view premiums, location, market conditions, historical sales, builder contracts, discussions with homebuilders, reports from third party consultants, or any other factors that, in the judgment of the City, may impact value. The Estimated Buildout Value for each Lot Type is shown on Exhibit I.

Estimated Buildout Value means the estimated buildout value of an Assessed Property assuming construction of vertical improvements (homes, commercial buildings, etc.), and shall be determined by the Administrator and confirmed by the City Council by considering such factors as density, lot size, proximity to amenities, view premiums, location, market conditions, historical sales, builder contracts, discussions with homebuilders, reports from third party consultants, or any other information that may impact value.
Estimated Buildout Value means the estimated value of an Assessed Property with fully constructed buildings, as provided by the Owner, attached as Appendix A, and confirmed by the City Council. The Estimated Buildout Value is established by Exhibit H‐1 for all Lot Types and all improvement areas and will not change in Annual Service Plan Updates.

Related to Estimated Buildout Value

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the RI Value for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest RI Value for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.

  • Estimated Value means the value of the Contract estimated under these Contract and Procurement Regulations.

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

The Borrower’s pro rata share of assets held by Unconsolidated Affiliates (excluding assets of the type described in the immediately preceding clause (a)) will be included in Total Asset Value calculations consistent with the above described treatment for wholly owned assets. For purposes of determining Total Asset Value, Net Operating Income from Properties acquired or disposed of by the Borrower, any Subsidiary of the Borrower or any Unconsolidated Affiliate during the immediately preceding four (4) fiscal quarters of the Borrower shall be excluded from clause (b) above. For purposes of determining Total Asset Value, Total Asset Value attributable to the following investments in excess of the limitations set forth below shall be excluded from Total Asset Value:

  • Cost Estimate means the detailed projected expenditure, including material costs and overhead, equipment costs and overhead, labor costs and overhead, and all taxes associated with each major material and service component, required for a line extension. It shall also separately identify any incremental costs associated with providing premium services. The Company may, for the purpose of standardization, establish standard construction cost estimates, for basic or premium service plans, which shall not exceed, in any event, the average cost of constructing such line extensions in the area involved, in which case the term “cost estimate” as used in this section will be understood to mean the standard estimate thus established.

  • Current Assessed Value means the assessed value of the District certified by the municipal assessor as of April 1st of each year that the District remains in effect.

  • Estimated Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
