Estimated Capital Expenditure Amount definition

Estimated Capital Expenditure Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
Estimated Capital Expenditure Amount means Seller’s good faith estimate of the amount of capital expenditures made by Seller between January 1, 2006 and the Effective Time, to increase the Rate Base Assets or CWIP, reflected on the Estimated Rate Base Statement delivered pursuant to Section 3.2(a).
Estimated Capital Expenditure Amount means the Seller’s good faith reasonable estimate of the Capital Expenditure Amount, as set forth on a statement delivered to the Buyer at least four (4) Business Days prior to the Closing.

  • Any such Notice of Disagreement shall specify those items or amounts as to which OGE disagrees, and OGE shall be deemed to have agreed with all other items and amounts contained in the Estimated Capital Expenditure Amount.

Estimated Capital Expenditure Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).

Related to Estimated Capital Expenditure Amount

  • Consolidated Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate of all expenditures of Company and its Subsidiaries during such period determined on a consolidated basis that, in accordance with GAAP, are or should be included in “purchase of property and equipment or similar items”, or that should otherwise be capitalized, as reflected in the consolidated statement of cash flows of Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Annual Capital Expenditure Adjustment means, for any retail Property, an amount equal to the product of (a) $0.15 multiplied by (b) the aggregate net rentable area (determined on a square feet basis) of all such Properties.

  • Net Capital Expenditures means for any period the amount by which Capital Expenditures during such period exceeds reimbursements for such items during such period from any fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.
