ETF Manager definition

ETF Manager means, in respect of an ETF, each of the investment advisor, investment manager and sub-manager of such ETF, and any other key individual or entity involved with or having supervisory or management powers over such ETF.
ETF Manager means Asset Management Companies/ Mutual Funds selected by ESIC for investments into equity ETFs or index funds.
ETF Manager means the Manager, the Portfolio Adviser and their respective principals and affiliates; “ETFs” means, together, CCX and GAS and “ETF” means either one of them;

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.
