Ethics means a set of principles governing the conduct of all persons governed by these rules.

Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) means a qualified person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
Health professional means any of the following:
Foreign professional corporation means a professional corporation organized under laws other than the laws of this state.
Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.
Health profession means those licensed or regulated professions set forth in RCW 18.120.020(4).
The Union means USW Local 2010 representing the Bargaining Unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
external wall means an outer wall of a building even though adjoining to a wall of another building and also means a wall abutting on an interior open space of a building;

Professional corporation means a corporation incorporated under former 1962 PA 192, or a corporation incorporated under this act and governed by chapter 2A.
internal waters means any navigable river or waterway within the State of California.

Universal waste means any of the following hazardous wastes that are managed pursuant to the universal waste requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 733:
general waste means waste that does not pose an immediate hazard or threat to health or to the environment, and includes-
Medical direction means direction, advice, or orders provided by a medical director, supervising physician, or physician designee (in accordance with written parameters and protocols) to emergency medical care personnel.
