EUR ForexClear Liquidity Fund Contribution definition

EUR ForexClear Liquidity Fund Contribution means, in respect of a ForexClear Option Clearing Member, the amount (notified by the Clearing House pursuant to Regulation 102(b)) of cash denominated in Euros that is required to be paid by that ForexClear Option Clearing Member to the Clearing House"€GC Trade"means a trading activity in which a RepoClear Participant ("the First Participant") offers to sell (or buy) an agreed value of securities comprised in a €GC Basket (as defined in the Procedures), to be allocated in accordance with the RepoClear Procedures applicable to RepoClear €GC Contracts, and another RepoClear Participant ("the Second Participant") offers to buy (or sell, as the case may be) the securities so allocated, on the conditions that: (a) at the end of a specified period of time, the Second Participant sells (or buys, as the case may be) Equivalent Securities (as such term is used in the RepoClear €GC Contract Terms) and the First Participant buys (or sells, as the case may be) those Equivalent Securities; and (b) the understanding of the parties is that their obligations during the term of the transaction will be represented by a series of overnight repurchase transactions affected either through CBL’s service under the AutoAssign Supplement, Euroclear’s AutoSelect service or any other equivalent service provided by a triparty agent, as the case may be, as contemplated by the RepoClear Procedures applicable to RepoClear €GC Contracts, and a trade subsequently ensues"Excess Loss"means in relation to any Relevant Business and any Default, the net sum or aggregate of net sums certified to be payable by the Defaulter by a Rule 19 Certificate in respect of the Relevant Business, less (a) the proportion of the Capped Amount applicable to the Relevant Business under Rule 15(c) and (b) any sums then immediately payable in respect of Default Losses for that Relevant Business by any insurer or provider of analogous services under any policy of insurance or analogous instrument written in favour of the Clearing House, and includes, in relation to the relevant Services, an Equities Excess Loss, a ForexClear Excess Loss, a Listed Interest Rates Excess Loss, a RepoClearExcess Loss and a Rates Service Excess Loss

  • Cash Contribution refers to a direct payment of Contribution in Canadian currency.

  • In-kind contribution means a contribution of goods or services received by a candidate committee, joint candidates committee, political committee, continuing political committee, political party committee, or legislative leadership committee, which contribution is paid for by a person or entity other than the recipient committee, but does not include services provided without compensation by an individual volunteering a part of or all of his or her time on behalf of a candidate or committee.

  • Contribution Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Company described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.

  • Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee’s account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of “elective contributions” made on his behalf or “employee contributions” made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Member contribution means a contribution under regulation 32;

  • Company Contribution means that portion of the main extension costs which the Company will fund based upon the following formula:

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Cash contributions means the re- cipient’s cash outlay, including the outlay of money contributed to the re- cipient by third parties.

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Matching Contribution means Employer contributions made to this Plan or any other defined contribution plan by reason of Thrift Contributions or Elective Deferrals under this Plan.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation means, for any Limitation Year, $46,000, as adjusted for increases in the cost-of-living under Code section 415(d). If a short Limitation Year is created because of a Plan amendment changing the Limitation Year to a different 12-consecutive month period, the Defined Contribution Dollar Limitation for the short Limitation Year will not exceed the amount determined in the preceding sentence multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of months in the short Limitation Year and the denominator of which is 12.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • State contribution means the lesser of:

  • Qualifying contribution means, with respect to a

  • Delayed contribution payment means an amount paid by an employee for purchase of current service. The amount shall be determined using the same formula in KRS 61.5525, and the payment shall not be picked up by the employer. A delayed contribution payment shall be deposited to the member's account and considered as accumulated contributions of the individual member. In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Catch-Up Contributions means Salary Reduction Contributions made to the Plan that are in excess of an otherwise applicable Plan limit and that are made by Participants who are Age 50 or over by the end of their taxable years. An “otherwise applicable Plan limit” is a limit in the Plan that applies to Salary Reduction Contributions without regard to Catch-up Contributions, such as the limits on Annual Additions, the dollar limitation on Salary Reduction Contributions under Code Section 402(g) (not counting Catch-up Contributions) and the limit imposed by the Actual Deferral Percentage (ADP) test under Code Section 401(k)(3). Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.
