Euro Borrowing Base definition

Euro Borrowing Base means an amount, calculated in Euros, equal to (a) the portion of the Borrowing Base that is allocable to Collateral Loans that are denominated in Euros, plus (b) the aggregate amount of Euros then on deposit in the applicable Principal Collection Subaccount.
Euro Borrowing Base. As of any Measurement Date, an amount equal to the aggregate sum of (i) the sum of the products, for each Eligible Loan denominated in Euros as of such date, of (A) the Applicable Percentage for each such Eligible Loan as of such date and (B) the Adjusted Borrowing Value of each such Eligible Loan as of such date, plus (ii) the amount of Euros that are Principal Collections on deposit in the Euro Account as of such date, minus (iii) the Unfunded Exposure Required Amount with respect to Eligible Loans denominated in Euros, plus (iv) the amount of Euros that are Unfunded Exposure Collections on deposit in the Euro Account.
Euro Borrowing Base. As of any date of determination by the Administrative Agent, an amount equal to the greater of (A) zero and (B) an amount equal to 1.20 times (i) the product of (x) the Aggregate OLB for each Eligible Portfolio Asset denominated in Euro on such date minus the Excess Concentration Amount on such date for each Eligible Portfolio Asset denominated in Euro and (y) the Euro Weighted Average Advance Rate, on such date, plus (ii) the amount standing to the credit of the Euro Principal Collection Account on such date minus (iii) the Unfunded Exposure Equity Amount with respect to Eligible Portfolio Assets denominated in Euro on such date, plus (iv) the amount standing to the credit of the Euro Unfunded Exposure Account on such date. “Euro Interest Collection Account”: A collective reference to each Securities Account (and any sub-account) created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Euro Interest Collection Account” for the deposit of Euro in the name of BUSINESS.32224493.

  • Borrowing Base Value means, with respect to any Oil and Gas Property of a Credit Party or any Swap Agreement in respect of commodities, the value the Administrative Agent attributed to such asset in connection with the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base as confirmed by Required Lenders.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.

  • Borrowing Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(i).

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Revolving Credit Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Revolving Credit Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Credit Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Revolving Credit Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Canadian Revolving Commitment means, as to each Canadian Revolving Lender, its obligation to make Canadian Revolving Loans to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Canadian Revolving Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01, in the Assignment and Assumption or other agreement pursuant to which such Canadian Revolving Lender becomes a party hereto, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
