Euro Principal Collection Account definition

Euro Principal Collection Account means the account designated as the "Euro Principal Collection Account" established by the Securities Intermediary and set forth in the Transaction Schedule for the deposit of Principal Proceeds denominated in Euro and any successor accounts established in connection with the resignation or removal of the Securities Intermediary.

Euro Principal Collection Account has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.01(a). "Events of Default" has the meaning ascribed to it in Article VII. "Excess Concentration Amount" means, as of any date of determination, the sum, without duplication, of the Market Value of each Portfolio Investment, if any, that is in excess of any Concentration Limitations.
