Euro Equivalent Amount definition

Euro Equivalent Amount means, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Euros, such amount and (b) with respect to a specified Alternative Currency amount, the amount of Euros into which the Alternative Currency amount would be converted, based on the applicable Borrowing Date Exchange Rate, provided, however, that, for purposes of any determination of compliance with Sections 2.1(a), 2.1(b) and 5.2(d), the Euro Equivalent Amount of any amount denominated in an Alternative Currency shall be calculated on the basis of the Spot Rate of Exchange on the date of such determination.
Euro Equivalent Amount of any currency at any date shall mean (i) the amount of such currency if such currency is in Euros or (ii) the Equivalent Amount of Euros if such currency is any currency other than Euros, calculated on the basis of the arithmetical mean of the buy and sell spot rates of exchange of the Agent for such currency on the London market at 11:00 a.m., London time, on such date or as most recently determined in good faith by the Agent.
Euro Equivalent Amount means (i) with respect to any amount of Dollars on any day, the equivalent amount in Euros of such amount of Dollars as determined by the Administrative Agent using the applicable Exchange Rate on such day and (ii) with respect to any amount of Euros, such amount.

  • All prepayments of Loans made by a Borrower shall be in the Euro Equivalent Amount of €5,000,000 or such greater Euro Equivalent Amount which is an integral multiple of €1,000,000 (provided that repayments in an Alternative Currency shall be approximately equal to such amounts), or the amount equal to all Outstandings, or such other amount as necessary to comply with Section 2.1(b).

  • The Lenders shall each be deemed to have made a Loan to the applicable Borrower of its Applicable Commitment Percentage of each Loan in an Alternative Currency, and the Agent shall apply the Borrowing Date Exchange Rate for such new Interest Period to such Continued Alternative Currency Equivalent Amount to determine the new Euro Equivalent Amount of such Loan and shall adjust its books and the Outstandings.
