Not later than (x) 10:00 a.m. (Chicago time) at least three Business Days prior to the proposed Borrowing Date, in the case of a Eurodollar Auction or (y) 10:00 a.m. (Chicago time) on the proposed Borrowing Date, in the case of an Absolute Rate Auction, the Borrower shall notify the Agent of its acceptance or rejection of the offers of which it received notification pursuant to Section 2.3.5. Each Competitive Bid Request shall specify (1) whether the Borrowing being requested is to consist of Eurodollar Auction Advances or Fixed Rate Auction Advances; (2) the date of such Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day); (3) the aggregate principal amount of such Borrowing, which shall be a minimum of $5,000,000.00 and in integral multiples of $1,000,000.00; and (4) the Interest Period with respect thereto.
One, two, three, six, nine or twelve months (Eurodollar Auction) or at least 30 and up to 360 days (Absolute Rate Auction), subject to the provisions of the definitions of Eurodollar Interest Period and Competitive Bid Interest Period.
